Originally from Youngstown, Ohio, Andria’s career has been shaped by a passion for beauty, fashion, business, and helping people feel confident from the inside out. Her journey to becoming a salon founder and hairstylist is anything but traditional—and it is precisely this combination of experiences that gives her a unique perspective on both beauty and business.
Andria began her professional career after graduating from fashion school in Cleveland with a degree in Fashion Merchandising. Her education included an emphasis on business forecasting, visual merchandising, interior design, graphic design, and fashion show production. This foundation gave her an understanding of both the creative and business sides of the fashion and beauty industries—skills that would later become invaluable in building her own salon.
After college, Andria spent nearly a decade in retail management, working with nationally recognized companies including Wet Seal, Express, Nordstrom, and Forever 21. Throughout her management career, she developed extensive experience in sales, operations, visual merchandising, hiring, staff development, training, and team leadership. She successfully managed teams of 20 to 50 associates and learned what it takes to create a strong, service-focused business.
Her accomplishments in retail included being recognized by Forever 21 for achieving the highest sales in her district. As a result of her success, she was awarded a paid trip to Los Angeles, where she had the opportunity to meet the owners of the company and tour their home facility. The experience further strengthened her appreciation for leadership, innovation, customer experience, and the importance of creating a strong company culture.
The Beauty Chapter
In 2005, Andria moved to Naples, Florida, where her life and career took a new direction. Although she had built a successful career in retail management, she knew there was another passion she wanted to pursue. With encouragement from her husband, she made the decision to leave retail and follow her longtime passion for hair and beauty.
After attending cosmetology school, Andria began her career in the professional salon industry with Aveda. She continued investing in her education, attending hair shows throughout Florida and receiving advanced training in dimensional color and precision cutting. Over the years, she has worked with and trained in several professional color systems, including Aveda, Matrix, and Redken.
Her commitment to education has allowed her to develop a diverse range of technical specialties, including advanced gray coverage, dimensional color, highlights, balayage, precision cutting, short hair, long and thick hair, Brazilian Blowouts, and curly hair. She particularly enjoys working with clients to understand their individual hair needs and create looks that complement their lifestyle, personality, and natural beauty.

BUILDING TRINITY
A Space For Beauty, Connection, And Confidence
In 2013, Andria and her husband welcomed their son. Just four months after becoming a mother, she took another major leap of faith. In 2014, she opened Trinity Salon & Spa, combining her education, retail management experience, creative background, and passion for beauty into one business.
What began as a vision grew into a thriving 10-chair salon with a large retail area and a dedicated team. Andria used her years of experience in business and management to build not only a salon, but an environment centered around service, education, relationships, and community. She continued expanding her entrepreneurial vision by incorporating a clothing and accessories boutique into the salon, creating a unique experience that blended beauty, fashion, and lifestyle.
After 12½ years of operating a larger salon, Andria recognized that her vision was evolving. She ultimately made the decision to transition from a large salon environment into a smaller, more intimate salon studio. This next chapter allows her to focus on what has always mattered most to her: creating meaningful relationships with her clients and providing a highly personalized beauty experience.

Today, Andria’s approach to beauty goes far beyond hair. She believes that looking your best is connected to feeling your best, and that true beauty begins from within. Health, wellness, fitness, nutrition, and self-confidence are all important parts of the philosophy she brings to her work.
As a strong advocate for fitness and nutrition, Andria is passionate about educating and encouraging her clients to live healthier, more confident lives. Whether she is creating a customized color, perfecting a haircut, helping a client embrace their natural curls, or sharing knowledge about wellness and healthy living, her goal remains the same: to help people feel confident, empowered, and beautiful inside and out.
With decades of combined experience in fashion, business, management, cosmetology, and wellness, Andria brings a truly comprehensive approach to her work. Her entrepreneurial journey has taught her the value of listening, continued education, personal connection, and never being afraid to evolve.
Her salon is more than a place to get your hair done. It is a space where beauty, health, confidence, and individuality come together—and where every client is encouraged to discover their own version of feeling and looking their very best.
